So after some excitement and high prices the sale is under way once again with J and I Handley’s Gunnerfleet Felix realising 11,500gns closely followed G L Hutton’s Cloughead Ferry at 7,500gns. 

It was then A and J Gammie who’s Westpit Fendt sought 15,500gns for a beef value of +45.

J and F Nimmo’s Maraiscote Falcao, who had the highest beef value in the sale, achieved 5000gns.

E W Quick’s Loosebeare Filip followed realising 11,000gns followed by M J and J M Price with Beulah Fivestar at 10,000gns.

M T Jones’ Bailea Fastlane realised 7,000gns followed by Beulah Fivestar making 10,000gns.

A and W Watson’s Saunders Favori realised 5,500 while J T Nixon and Sons Ltd’s Stotsfold Firefly sought 5200gns as did Stuart Fotheringham’s Ballinloan Futurestar.

Its was Messrs McKay again who’s Ampertaine Fieldmarshall made 14,000gns.
