Top call at tonight’s Twilight Texel sale here at Carlisle was a 3400gns bid for a shearling from the Loosebeare flock of the Quick family. This one is a Haddo Jogger daughter out of a dam by Douganhill Ferrari and sold carrying twins to Cennen Magnum. This one was by Kelso Ozone and out of a dam by Rascarrel Masterpiece, she was in lamb to Stonebridge Roebuck.TS H&H TW Texel 279.jpgSecond to make this price was the first lot from Carolyn Hastings’ Courthill flock. This was a Castleknowe Or Never daughter out of a dam by Glenside King II and in lamb to Hunting Cairn Opposition Look Out. Following on at 1500gns was one from Stuart Currie. This was a Procters Oswald daughter out of a dam by Mullan Magnificent. She was in-lamb to Beautry Panama.

And a trio then traded at 1300gns. First to go was one from Loosebeare, a Kingsland Lion daughter out of a dam by Clougher Judge and in lamb to Cennen Magnum. Second at this money was the best price for the Thacka flock of the Pyman family. This was a Haltcliffe sired shearling out of a dam by a Crossrake sire. She sold in-lamb to a Kelso tup.

The third and final call at this price was another from Stuart Currie’s flock. This one is by Procters Oswald and out of a dam by Seisiog Lotto and in lamb to Beautry Panama.
