More sheep results from Balmoral

Having a catch up on some sheep results now…….leading the way in the Bluefaced Leicesters today was Julie Loughery, Limavady, with her two shear ewe, while taking reserve was a shearling ewe from Miss Michelle Wright, Ballymena.

In the Dorset Horn and Poll sheep classes, the champion came in the form of a shearling ewe from S and S Wilson, Co Antrim, while the reserve champion was Ballyclare-based Raymond Hill’s ewe lamb.

A shearling ewe from Michael Graham, Co Antrim, led the Rouge De L’Oest classes, while taking the reserve championship was the Pollick and Tannahill partnership with their senior ram.

In the Rare Breeds section, the winner was a senior ram from robert McCauley, while the reserve went to Karen Carson’s shearling ewe.
