More strong Beltex tup lamb trading

The strong run of prices has continued in the Beltex tup lambs here this evening, with the Woodies flock of Stewart Wood collecting a brace of 4500gns calls.

First to make this money was Woodies Rock-N-Roll, a Woodies Pheunominal son out of Lugate Natasha. This was the first prize lamb from the show and sold to Wallace Parker.

The other at this price in the pen was Woodies Ringleader. This is by Glantre Norris and out of Woodies Natasha, an Ardstewart Lord Almighty daughter and sold to Messrs Dunlop.1282011 Lot 359.JPGAt 1800gns was Woodies Rambo, a Ballydown Magnus son out of Headlind Jellybean. He sold to Richard Wood for the Kingledores flock. A 1500gns bid claimed his ET brother Woodies Rhino.

Best in the Clary pen of Jock McMillan was a 2400gns sale for Clary Right Stuff, a Callacrag Playboy son out of Clary M52, a Kaiser Chief daughter. He had been first at the Highland. And John Barclay’s Beachy flock topped at 1500gns for Beachy Rolls Royce, a Corstane Mighty Max son out of Beachy Handsome, this sold to Harry Emslie.
