BPC/BOCM Pauls seek the best in the industry

The search is on to find this year’s British Poultry Council/BOCM Pauls Poultry Man/Woman of the Year.
Regarded as one of the industry’s highest awards, nominees must be of exceptional calibre and have made an outstanding contribution to the poultry industry within the recent past.
Previous recipients include former BFREPA chairman Tom Vesey, NFU poultry board chairman Charles Bourns and Eric Reid from Moy Park.
Nominations should be made on an official form, which can be found here, giving specific reasons why the candidate deserves this award. A lack of information on the form may result in the nomination not being considered, while canvassing on behalf of a particular candidate will lead to automatic disqualification.
Nominations should be returned to BPC chief executive by Monday 25 October by fax (020 79286366), by email (to bpc@poultry.uk.com) or by post to Peter Bradnock, BPC, Europoint House, 5 Lavington Street, London SE1 0NZ
The award will be presented at the Egg and Poultry Industry Conference, to be held on 7 and 8 November 2010 at the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel.
