MORE wild chickens cause backyard havoc

Last time it was Arizona, this time it’s a village in Lancashire.

Gangs of wild chickens have been running amok doing what chickens do, digging up gardens, foraging for food, crowing throughout the day and making little chickens.

Another Daily Mail special describes a gang of 50 marauding birds as ‘the neighbours from hell’ dubbing them The Wild Bunch.

Apparently the birds were left behind by someone in the village when they moved away in 2008.

Unlike in Arizona though the local police have found they are well within their rights to round up the pesky poultry and are currently looking for a home for the flock.

Considering the late night and early morning disturbances I get at my flat in Clapham I’d welcome some chickens, bring them down.
