It seems Paul Kelly, of Kelly Turkeys, has developed a taste for the small screen. Just three weeks ago he starred in a video on this very blog in which he carved a turkey in near world record breaking time.

Well he’s at it again. Always the marketeer, this time appearing on a similar platform to the Forager, BBC News, explaining what it’s like to be a turkey farmer around Christmas.
