New managing director for 2 Sisters
2 Sisters Food Group has announced the appointment of Eddie Power as UK managing director.
Mr Power joins 2 Sisters having held the positions of group managing director at Grampian Country Food Group and is chairman of turkey producer Cranberry Foods.
The newly created position will enable chief executive Ranjit Singh to dedicate more time to the effective implementation of the group’s corporate strategy for 2010 to 2015.

2 Sisters was established in 1993 by Mr Singh and still remains a privately owned company, supplying retail, food service and manufacturing companies worldwide, from sites in the UK and Holland.
The company has evolved from a small cutting operation to a world class food manufacturer, employing almost 7000 people and has a turnover of more than ÂŁ1bn.
