The champion female lot 41 has just passed through the ring. This cow Denizes Cadette 29th by Ashland Tornado and out of Denizes Cadette 25th sells for 5,000gns . This cow’s grandmother lived until she was 18 years old- so is from a long-lived cow family and was consigned by M A Barlow.

At 3,000gns is another lot from Mr Houdley’s consignment, Manor Park Becky. By Ashland Perfect and out of Manor Park Pansy

The reserve champion Strathisla Farms’ Strathisla Buttercup’s Mira by Dressogue Victorious and out of Strathisla Mira 46th sold on the telephone for 3,000gns

A lot from FW’s farmer focus writer Iain Green has just sold at 6,000gns. Corskie Buffy is by Ballinalare Farm Nightrider and out of Corskie Rhia and has been PD’d in calf to Kilbride Farm Tarrant.

Then lot 45 from Mr G W Smith sold at 2,600gns. Drumsleed Bauble is by Hockenhull Matthew and out of Drumsleed Rosa.

At 600gns less was lot 47 Messrs N and N Gwynnes’ Chestermann Ringleader sired by Blackford Ringleader and out of Hockenhull Giselle.

Also at the same money was another entry from the Gwynne family lot 48 Chestermann Ringleaderglenda2. By Blackford Ringleader this one is out of Chestermann Kansas.

At 3,200gns is W H Robson and Sons’ Kilbride Farm Fanni 24C by Cainview Snazzy and out of Kilbridge Farm Fanni 8T.
