Stirling Shorthorn female championship awarded
The female championship here at Stirling has gone to Charles Lowther with Lowther Crocus (lot 160), she is by Chapelton Zebac and out of Glenisla Crocus.
Reserve was another from the same home and out of the same class, Lowther Ritzy (lot 156) she is by the same sire and out of Lowther Ritzy, an Uppermill Sherlock daughter.
The first class of females was won by Lancaster Evelyn of Speysid (lot 141) from Messrs Payne. First prize in the second class went to Glenisla Foxglove Tansy from Major Gibb (lot 147) with Cairnsmore Claudia Princess in second (lot 146) and Holmere Felecity 3 in third (lot 148).
The fourth class was won by Ballyvaddy Rothes-Jewel (lot 175), second was Lowther Melody (lot 168) and third was Galla Cara Princess (lot 171).
