These newcomers promise to cover the different applications and working situations in which side-by-side vehicles are used.
Described as “designed to meet the needs of customers seeking performance, reliability and durability in extreme conditions”, the tyres’ choice of rubber compounds and carcass structure aim to also provide good puncture resistance, stability and ride comfort.
The Galaxy Everest PSX is utility focused, and said to have high resistance to cuts, chips, abrasions and punctures, with rim protection deflecting hazards such as rocks and branches.
It’s produced in several sizes for 12in, 14in and 15in rims, with the relatively intense block tread pattern intended to give smooth, low noise progress on hard surfaces and decent traction in soft, muddy conditions.
An altogether more aggressive pattern features on the Hulk PSX, which is designed for serious off-road travel.
The deep block tread is arranged in a more open pattern, with shoulder blocks adding to the tyre’s tractive abilities, while the radial construction results in a compliant carcass for greater comfort on hard surface tracks and roads.
A durable synthetic rubber compound and tougher sidewalls for greater cut resistance are also part of the package for this tyre, which comes in sizes for 12in and 14in rims.
