Shelbourne Reynolds reaches further with HD780T
Suffolk manufacturer Shelbourne Reynolds has added a new 8m-reach machine to its 700 Series Heavy Duty range.
Designated the HD780T, there is a choice of a 1.2m or 1.5m flail head – the 1.5m extending reach to 8.34m.
Both flail heads are driven using a twin V-belt from Shelbourne’s gear pump hydraulic system rated at 85hp.
The head is supported on a single-stage telescopic ram with 1.8m of extension – a reach from 6.2-8m. Operators get a digital proportional joystick which is programmable for speed and response using the armrest-mounted console.
Fitted with a 1.2m flail head, the price of the HD780T is £31,572 which includes a hydraulically controlled roller.
