System gives a speedy way to mix spray and wash containers

ProFill chemical induction system from Vegcraft uses a combination of high pressure and volume at the venturi to induct large quantities of powder and liquid chemicals quickly. That means less time filling and more time in the field, it says.
The ProFill on its own will put 200 litres a minute through the venturi and the sprayer’s own suction can be connected to the water supply for even faster filling.
At the centre of the ProFill’s 2.3 x 0.6m stainless-steel wash area is a 50-litre graduated hopper. On the left is a shelf area above the drip-tray for measuring small quantites of chemicals; on the right are five cleaning nozzles.
As each container is emptied, it can be put on one of the five independently-controlled cleaning nozzles to wash, so the containers can be left to wash fully while the operator adds the next drum of chemical.
This extra washing time means the containers can be rinsed to the standard needed for recycling without delaying the operator. There are also fifteen drying pegs within the wash area. The unit has a wash bar and a hand lance for easy cleaning.
