THE Pickwell Estate, near Haywards Heath at Bolney, West Sussex, is guided at in excess of £3.5m for the whole.
The estates 408 acres are mainly amenity woodland which in conjunction with a neighbouring estate have formed the basis for a shoot.
The eight-bedroom main house is complemented by a four-bedroom house and four cottages, all to be sold with vacant possession.
