Cereals 2010: Government appoints red tape tsar
The government has announced plans to tackle red tape in farming and has appointed former NFU director general Richard Macdonald to head up a task force on simplifying regulation.
The announcement was made at Cereals 2010 by farm minister Jim Paice.
