CT-230 is the latest hand-held tachometer from Graham & White Instruments.

Suitable for measuring rotational and linear speeds, the CT-230 offers a digital speed readout via liquid crystal display.

The rotational speed range measured is 5-99,999rpm, with a claimed accuracy of +/- 1rpm. Linear speeds can be measured in metric up to 999.9m/min or imperial up to 3280ft/min.

Graham & White Instruments says four AA size batteries are enough for 24 months of operation. The CT-230 costs £128 (01727-861110).
