&#8226 MORE than half of Northern Irelands cereal crop is now assured under the Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured Cereals Scheme. "Since the scheme was launched we have had over 480 applicants accounting for almost 18,000 ha of grain grown in Northern Ireland," says John Gilliland, chairman of the scheme working party.
