MBM potato deal

HILLSDOWN Holdings subsidiary and potato marketing group, MBM Produce, has acquired the business of potato pre-pack specialists, Whitworths Food. Three packhouses at Littleport and Chatteris in Cambs, and Darlington, Yorks, are included in the deal, creating the largest potato company in the UK.n
