Naseby site offer
PART of the site of the historic Battle of Naseby, is on sale through Northants agent Berrys.
The battle, on June 14, 1645, effectively marked the end of the English civil war, although surveyor Gerald Allen says no signs of the fight remain, he notes that the remnants of a Saxon settlement can still be seen. He is guiding the 170-acre block, which features 95 acres of IACS-registered land and an 8-acre spinney, at £425,000. *
