Northern Foods boss heads up deregulation taskforce

Northern Food chairman Christopher Haskins was appointed chairman of the deregulation taskforce to be known as the Better Regulation taskforce. It will conduct rigorous cost-benefit analysis, taking into consideration consumer and environmental interests as well as those of commerce.
