Yield monitor can be tailored to suit

MODULAR construction of LH Agros LH565 combine-mounted yield logger enables upgrades to be fitted to suit individual needs.

The basic module continuously monitors yield using a sensor on the grain elevator. Adding the moisture module, says LH Agro, gives a constant moisture content reading via the grain elevator.

Adding the positioning module is said to allow yield maps to be produced via GPS technology, while the marking module is claimed to enable problem spots to be identified for future treatment.
