A number of mixed, stock and dairy farms have come to the market across the UK, from Devon to Derbyshire and Scotland.
The largest, 246-acre Hoppatown Farm near Holsworthy, Devon, is well equipped and offers additional income from two cottages and planning permission to create three holiday lets.
The land is productive Grade 3 arable and pastureland contained in four main blocks with good road and track access. A range of farm buildings offers flexibility, including a concrete block dairy, a grain pit, concrete store shed, piggery for 180 head, open-fronted cattle shed, slurry store, bull pen, dutch barn, sheep handling facilities and four cubicle sheds.

The land is all grassland bounded by stone walls and is suitable for mowing or grazing. A spring supplies water to the house and farm buildings. There are no SPS entitlements available.
