Prices & Trends – Farmers Weekly 14/21 Dec

A technical issue means that the figures on page 203 of the Prices & Trends section in the latest issue of Farmers Weekly magazine (14/21 December) are not correct.

The cattle deadweight, lamb deadweight, pigs deadweight and slaughtering tables all contain data from April 2009, and the Market at a Glance and Inputs Price Monitor figures are incorrect.

Farmers Weekly would like to apologise to all its readers for this problem.

We are currently investigating the cause of the errors and working hard to put in place systems to make sure this does not happen again.

We have also produced an online version with the corrected figures.
