Savills snaps up another agent

NATIONAL PROPERTY firm FPDSavills has continued its shopping spree with the acquisition of West Country agent Colvilles.

The move follows the takeover of Smith-Woolley in October and adds another significant chunk of estate management to its business.

Philip Gready, director of Savills‘ southern operations, said: “The acquisition of Colvilles gives greater depth and wider geographical to our land management business.”

Colvilles had offices in Exeter, Tavistock and Bodmin. Partners Michael Townsend, Hugh Neason and Robert Brereton will join Savills as directors.
