Wales expects badger cull announcement

Farmers and badger groups in Wales are waiting for an announcement on the Welsh bovine tuberculosis strategy.

The strategy will give details of how the disease will be tackled, including, it is expected, plans for a limited badger cull.

The rural affairs minister Elin Jones will address the Welsh Assembly shortly after 3:00 pm (8 April).
