Strathisla kicks off with 18,000gns call in Edinburgh

Getting the Suffolk sale in Edinburgh off to a cracking start this morning is Robbie Wilson, Turriff, as he has just sold an embryo lamb by Strathisla Sea Bird for 18,000gns. His dam, by Glenho Gurkha, is sister to strathisla Dylan Thomas, top price Edinburgh 2007 and sold for 48,000gns. The dam’s ET sister was interbreed champion at Balmoral Show last year and another sister was interbreed at turriff in 2009.
