Cereals 2026: Centralised lubrication for Mzuri Pro-Til 3T

Following the closure of Mzuri’s Worcestershire operation last year, the first Pro-Til machines from Polish outfit Mzuri World have landed in the UK.

There is little change to the core design, which has cutting discs and strip-tilling legs at the front and tine coulters at the rear.

But there are some welcome upgrades, one of the most significant being a centralised lubrication system.

This automatically pumps grease around the machine, putting an end to the relentless task of manually attaching a gun to the 130 or so nipples fitted on a 3m model.

Disc-to-cultivating-leg clearance has increased to improve trash flow and the discs can be adjusted hydraulically on the move to jiggle any blockages free.

To help improve longevity, the firm has strengthened the chassis in key areas and fitted larger pins and bushes. There is also a redesigned linkage for the coulter bar.

Currently, the firm is dealing directly with customers, but it is on the hunt for UK dealers. Retail prices for the 3m model start at €100,000 (£86,334).
