Larger Terrablade joins Claydon interrow hoe range

An 8m version of Claydon’s Terrablade inter-row hoe will be shown for the first time at Agritechnica.

Claydon says it is a low-cost mechanical weeding tool that works between 30cm banded rows when drilled by the company’s range of hybrid planters.

The largest Terrablade model has 26 blades and is designed for use on any tractor with a Cat 2 front linkage, offering working speeds around 6kph. In its new 8m guise, it should be able to cover 4ha/hour, Claydon says.

The addition takes the range to five models, with 3m, 4m, 4.8m and 6m options already available.
