Agritechnica 2025: Kuhn pushes mounted GMD mower to 14.5m
© MAG/Oliver Mark Farmers and contractors could get their grass scythed a smidge quicker by upgrading to the latest version of Kuhn’s non-conditioning GMD.
The 3.8t 15030 has an albatross-like wingspan of 14.5m when paired with a 3.1m front unit – the firm’s widest yet, and a setup reckoned capable of covering up to 20ha/hour.

It carries a quartet of 3.1m, seven-disc beds, each with its own articulation point to help follow ground contours.
Impressively, these fold to into a sub-3m wide and 4m-high package for transport.
The rest of the GMD spec is otherwise unchanged, including Kuhn’s Opti-disc Elite cutterbars, quick-attach blades and hydraulic suspension.
