Laverda unveils M400 combines at EIMA
The crowds gathered around the Laverda stand at EIMA where Miss Italy was vying for attention with the Agco-owned company’s new M400-Series combines.
The new five-model range includes five and six walker combines designed for work on normal land, as well as auto-levelling hillside versions.
M-Series machines share the same new Skyline cab with Massey Ferguson equivalents. There’s also a new 10.4in terminal and joystick.
Features include a long crop elevator to improve visibility. This also gets retractable fingers, which Laverda says helps keep a steady flow of material to the drum. Header widths extend from 4.8-7.6m and grain tank capacity is up to 9,000 litres.
