Philip Watkins’ updated 4m Quad-Till – a combination of discs followed by no fewer than seven subsoiler legs, vibro-flex tines, hydraulically adjusted levelling board and two 600mm diameter DD ring presses – gets down to some serious work at Normac.

The manufacturer also announced the imminent arrival of a new lighter version, the Quad-Till Light which has similar elements but no subsoilers.
