Stewart adds its trailer range

With increasing numbers of farmers transporting grain to their buyers themselves, trailer specialist Stewart has introduced a hydraulically-operated rollover sheet to speed the post-fill/pre-road process, as well as aid sampling at the store.

Based on systems already used in commercial vehicles, it requires two hydraulic services and a single return. The company has also added 12t and 18t models to its Hardox-bodied Pro Series trailer range, slotting in below the existing triple axle 24t flagship.

Meanwhile, fellow Scottish trailer maker Marshall was showing a new variation on its established ST slurry tanker range, in response to contractor demand for machines better suited to doing lots of road miles, particularly on narrow lanes.

Revised spec includes a narrower track, a smaller wheel/tyre combination to tuck the wheels as far in as possible under the barrel plus twin beacons and high level lights.
