Tillage Event 2010: Teagle’s legs can swing out

Now marketing the ex-Lely Tulip range of cultivation kit, Teagle had new stubble cultivator on demo.

Like so many other similar machines, the Multidisc Vario combines discs, tines and a press but differs in the fact that its row of soil-loosening legs swings up out of work hydraulically to minimise power requirement when not required.

Gas accumulators in the oil circuit also provide break-back protection. There’s a choice of packer roll, Simba DD ring-press or serrated Guttler roller to provide consolidation. The 3m Multidisc requires 170hp up front and costs £11,965.
