On the up… Latest figures from the Hereford Breed Society show an increase in the number of recorded calves for the fourth year running. Fans of the breed are now busy preparing for their autumn show and sale next Tuesday (Oct 28), where 55 bulls and 37 heifers will be among the entry. And the venue? Hereford, where else?
