Not just full of hot air…a ventilation system installed in the cubicle house at Mill Farm, Shenington, Banbury, Oxon, has helped conquer ammonia build-up in Martin Courts 100 cow Holstein Friesian herd, with an average yield of 8700 litres. A similar system has been installed in calf housing, reducing pneumonia and cutting vet bills by £10 a calf.
