Whats good for the goose… Judy Goodman of Walsgrove Farm, Great Whitley, demonstrates poultry preparation skills at the recent Food Lovers Fair in Covent Garden, London. This marked the first time the Worcs-based goose farmer had exhibited at the speciality food event, which hosted nearly 100 stalls. Elsewhere, cheeses, fish, sausages and wild mushrooms were all being snapped up by hungry visitors.
