Joskins pasture aerator – a multi-tined implement designed to scarify grassland – can now be fitted with a seeder unit. The company reasons that when old grass is pulled out of pastures the space can be reseeded to rejuvenate the pasture overall. The Rotasem single disc seeder broadcasts seed to the front and the rear of the implement, with some pushed into the ground and some landing in the grooves made by the tines. An 85 litre hopper and a system to alter the rotational speed of the disc are included in the Rotasems specification.
