Ear comes the summer…James Rusbridger of Norton Grange Farm, Norton in West Sussex with his crop of Regina barley which has just come into ear. The crop was sown on Sept 27 and Mr Rusbridger reckons despite the wet year, harvest should be on time. He has 20ha (50 acres) of the variety.
