Brighten up those bulk milk tanks

MINIMISE the need for regular descaling of bulk milk tanks in hard water areas with the acid-based cleaner and sanitiser Dairybrite, says manufacturer DiverseyLever.

The product is designed to remove hard water salts at all working temperatures, with high levels of phosphoric acid to help to remove fat residues.

It is said to include a biocide with broad spectrum activity against problem bacteria and to be highly concentrated with a recommended dilution rate of 5-10ml a litre. A 25-litre drum costs £68 (01604-783507).
