BSreshuffle for its R&D
BRITISH Sugar is re-organising its research and development operations.
The re-shuffle sees two research posts at Holmewood Hall go, including Mike Armstrongs position as head of agricultural research and development.
However, work carried out on growers behalf will be unaffected, stresses BSs Chris Carter.
The news comes hot on the heels of announcements that the Norwich research centre and Ipswich, Bardney and Kidderminster factories are to close. Research from the Norwich site will be relocated to Peterborough and Wissington.
