Farmer flips council planners’ cars

A FARMER was arrested after an incident in which three council officials cars were turned over by a forklift truck, reports The Daily Telegraph.

Brian Statham, 50, was arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage near his yard in Barlestone Leicestershire.

Officials had gone there to oversee the clearing of the farmyard, following complaints.
