GM-free food ‘almost impossible’

MALCOLM WALKER, chairman of Iceland supermarkets, has told a court it would be “almost impossible” for food to be guaranteed free of GM ingredients.

Mr Walker, who has banned GM ingredients in products sold by Iceland stores, made the statement at the trial of 28 anti-GM protestors in Norfolk.
