Grey Fergie tales for the tractor-mad

CHILDRENS author Pamela Lewis knows all about little grey Fergie tractors – she had one on her farm in Cornwall.

Now she has written a book* of simple tales about it which should appeal to tractor-mad youngsters who will quickly pick up Fergies little "Brrum! Brrum!" rhymes.

While the book has bright, colourful cover illustrations those within the text are black and white drawings. But this could be a bonus for young artists – those slightly older than the children who would most appreciate Mrs Lewiss stories – for they are the sort of drawings they will itch to colour. AR
