THE winners for the all-expenses paid trip to Hanover and Agritechnica, courtesy of Kverneland have now been drawn.

Agritechnica will be held in the Exhibition Centre at Hanover, Germany from 13-17 November, 2001 for the ninth time.

The majority of entrants applied via FWi, such as winner Gordon McFarland of Newton Stewart, Ireland.

I can hardly remember applying all those months ago, it will be good to go overseas. What a surprise, I cant believe it, I am going to scour those halls.

Other winners are as follows:

  • Ian Brown, Lee Moor Farm, Rennington, Alwick, Northumberland
  • David Hay, Easter Rhynd, Perth
  • John Spicer, Blackdown Farm, Tunworth, Basingstoke, Hants
  • Philip Day, Hanging Chadder Farm, Royton, Oldha

The event is the largest European exhibition for agricultural machinery and Europes largest innovations market.

More than 1,300 exhibitors from 30 countries will present a range of agricultural machinery and implements for modern plant production.
