AGRICULTURAL lots were included in a recent auction of part of the NHS estate by Colliers CRE. These included Coulter Lane Farm, Burntwood, Staffs, adjacent to the site of a former hospital now undergoing residential redevelopment. The tenanted farm comprises 174 acres and two cottages. The rental income is £6250/annum and the property fetched £425,000.
