Hemp – strangled by Euro red tape
In response to hemp argument (Subsidy cut for hemp and flax), I totally agree it is just another show of Euro red tape.
Being a hemp grower myself, I am appalled by this.
After growing the crop this year and seeing the benefits to the enviroment and
the land, I was quite prepared to grow the crop again.
But with the new cuts proposed, it makes the crop unviable. And I ask myselfk, will they make the same cuts in mainland Europe?
What a shame! – I hope the proposals are rejected.
