HIGH achievers in Britains spud industry have a new target. The Potato Industry Award, a silver rosebowl for a year and a replica for keeping, will go to the person judged to have contributed significantly to the industry. A committee of leaders in growing, research, packing and processing will choose from nominations sent to Richard Dadson, PMB, Broad Field House, 4 Between Towns Road, Cowley, Oxford OX4 3NA by June 30.
