&#8226 The South Eastern Texel Group held a carcass competition for groups of three lambs recently at KWG Ballard, Marden, Kent. Lambs were judged both on the hoof and on the hook, with overall first place going to EC Woods and Son from Rhodes Minnis, Canterbury, Kent. Bill Ballard of KWG Ballard bought all the stock due to F&M regulations, but was happy to pay a top price of £3/kg for the best pen of lambs. &#42
