Marque can challenge monopoly claim
MILK MARQUE has won the right to bring a challenge in the European Court of Justice over allegations of price setting.
The co-operative was heavily criticised in a Monopolies and Mergers Commission report in July.
But counsel acting for Milk Marque yesterday (Monday) told a judge the report gave British producers a “bashing” over alleged anti-competitive practices while other European counterparts faced no such problems.
