More ski-shaped coulters on offer

MORE models join the ski coulter options list for a range of precision drills.

Stanhay is now offering 32 different ski coulters for its Singulaire drill with either cast or non-stick polymer ribs. Coulter widths range from 65-150mm (2.6-6in), in one-, two- and three-line versions.

The Suffolk-based firm says that the "ski" shape to the coulter enables the drill to operate more efficiently in wet and sticky soil conditions, with the polymer-ribbed models particularly effective at keeping clean.

Prices start at £52 for a complete coulter assembly (01638-577206).
